Case (in)sensitivity under Linux

Case Insensitivity under Linux is limited. Templates and property files
must be written in exactly the same case as the corresponding java
class, otherwise they will not be found (Version 5.3.7).
It would be helpful to add this info to the documentation or better to
achieve case insensitivity for Linux as well.
